1. Agreement to These Terms

By accessing or purchasing from ChinaeSIM you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by our Privacy, Refund and Cancellation policies. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Our Service

ChinaeSIM sells prepaid eSIM data plans for China. eSIMs are digital products delivered to the email address you provide at checkout.

An eSIM requires a compatible, unlocked device that supports eSIM technology. Compatibility is your responsibility — please check your device before purchasing.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or of legal age in your country) and provide a valid email address to purchase an eSIM.

4. Orders and Payment

All prices are displayed in the plan's listed currency and are final at the time of purchase. Payment is processed securely by Airwallex — we never see or store your card details.

The amount charged is the amount shown on the plan page at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment is approved.

5. Delivery

Your eSIM activation details (QR code and/or LPA string) are sent to your email shortly after payment. If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder and contact support.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy, which form part of these Terms.

7. Acceptable Use

Plans are for personal, lawful use only. Reselling, sharing, or using plans for illegal activity is prohibited. Fair-use limits shown on a plan apply.

8. Intellectual Property

The ChinaeSIM website, branding and content are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without permission.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

We are not liable for losses caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including device incompatibility or mobile network conditions in China.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms are posted on this page with a new date, and continued use of the service after an update means you accept the new terms.
