2. Eligibility

The eSIM has not been installed, activated or connected to a network.

You request the refund within 14 days of the purchase date.

The plan was not purchased through a promotion marked as non-refundable.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email support with your order number (found in your confirmation email) and the reason for the refund request.

4. Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

eSIMs that have been installed, activated or used (including partially used data).

Requests made more than 14 days after purchase.

Promotional purchases explicitly marked as non-refundable.
