1. Overview

You can cancel an order before your eSIM has been delivered and receive a full refund.

2. Before Delivery

If the activation email has not been sent yet, the order can be cancelled at no cost. Contact support with your order number to cancel.

3. After Delivery

Once your eSIM has been delivered (activation email sent), cancellation is no longer available. If you have not installed or used the eSIM, you may still request a refund under our Refund Policy.

4. How to Cancel

Email support at support@getchinaesim.com with your order number and a request to cancel. We will confirm the cancellation and process any refund promptly.
